Floor grout

I have a large tiled floor that has white grout in it. I want to change it for an ivory colour.

Just wanted to know if there is a better way of removing the grout other then a dremmel? I tried the grout scraper but it hardly did anything.

Also, what depth is good enough to scrape out?

You can get grout re-colour products;

Take your pick but no idea how effective that are; moral of story - never use white grout on floors.
