Can you put floor leveller over existing tiles?
I'm installing a bathroom in my house, and have already laid some tiles next to the shower area, however just realised that the toilet floor area next to it will be slightly higher, so i need to bring up the level of the floor where i've already laid tiles.
Can i just pour floor leveller over the existing tiles i've laid to bring it up, then tile over the whole lot? It would be approx. 1cm depth needed.
The tiles are matte finish ceramic, and the substrate is concrete, given that the tiles are newly laid over concrete it's all pretty solid. It's also a small area, 2.5sqm the entire floor area.
