Hi,
I've scanned the forum and can't see an exact answer, so apologies if I'm duplicating stuff that's been covered before.
I have a 6 metre x 4 metre kitchen concrete slab floor in my kitchen. It's ten years old so modern standards - well insulated, damp proofed. It has wet underfloor heating.
I want to install wood parquet flooring over it (22mm oak).
Would anyone be able to recommend a 'best in class' primer and/or floor levelling compound for the concrete slab?
It's pretty level, so generally the depth of screed will be a couple of mm. There are a couple of small areas that are a bit deeper (say 5mm), but generally this is more of a 'make even flatter' job than a major repair of a wonky floor.
Thanks
James
