Just a general question of roughly how much work would be require to level this floor throughout this cottage. It would be lowering the kitchen floor & lean to (5x5) to the same level as living room.

Would this be a possibility in an old cottage and what sort of cost (ballpark) would I be looking at for such work? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Depends why the floor’s higher in the first place. Likely due to damp course level, door threshold levels, outside ground level.
It’d likely involve digging out the raised floor down to soil level, digging further down to allow sub base, insulation, slab, screed to meet existing at the lower level.
That’d likely end up below damp course level in the kitchen, so would need to be detailed accordingly.
External door thresholds would then be too high and need lowering, which could conflict with outside ground levels… tricky one to answer with a single photo, but not trivial…
