Hi

I have had a block dividing wall removed resulting in a channel in the concrete floor where the blocks were (screenshot below)

I was going to pva, then fill in with a sand and cement mix (3 or 4:1). Is this ok?

There is also blue plastic membrane which I assume is a damp proof sheet. Would there be a need to add a dpc over the blocks before filling in with sand and cement?

Thanks

You need to take blocks out Then tie DPM sheet together or tale together.
The. Fill with sand and cement.

You could. I wouldn't. The bricks don't have any DPM under them. So any moisture rasing could blow a DPM off the top of them as the sand and cement above won't be thick enough.
