Floor Screed Repair advice please.

I have some fairly small damaged / cracked areas on my concrete floor. I just want to knock out the loose and fill.

I think that a sharp sand / cement mix will be ok but would like comments from you guys.

I am not sure what mix ratio I should use.

I am laying self adhesive vinyl floor tiles when done.
