Floor screeding

We are having our new concrete floor screeded tomorrow. Can you advise how long we have to leave them before we laminate/carpet them. The depth of the screed will be approx. 2 inches

1" a month depending on mix and ideal drying conditions. Can go a bit sooner with carpet as long as not a woven carpet.
