Flymo 470L

Hi,

My flymo runs for about one minute and then cuts out. Starts again first pull and runs for another minute before dying. I have cleaned the filters and plug - no difference.

Sounds like fuel or air starvation. As you've cleaned the filters I'd look to the carburettor, it's not delivering enough fuel.

As above

If you have a fuel line from the tank, take it off at the carburetor and blow back into the fuel tank.
Try without the air filter if it isn't new
Might need a new plug

Can you post a pic of the carburettor, do you think?
Almost every engine under the sun has been used on these, including Kawasaki, Briggs and Ducati.....
