Foam covered roof tiles - bad?

Hi Guys,

Can you please teake a look at the picture and tell me how bad is it? What are the possible consequences of this foam on the roof tiles? Rotten wood, etc?

How to improve the situation? Some breathing wholes or remove the foam in some places?

Horrible stuff, there's a good chance your battens and rafters will rot eventually and you won't discover it until its too late, because its all hidden.
