Hiya, I could see my car pickup has reduced from last one week, it is taking time to getting upto the speed. Sometimes when I moveoff while changing gear from one to two, batter led in dashboard is blinking a second, not sure this is related to cluch as well?

1. If I take to garage immeidately, do you think I can save some money with minimal adjustment rather replacing cluch..Or cluch slippage is definete replacement?

2. Do we get second hand cluches in market?

3. Any suggestion for genuine/friendly mechanic in birmingham?

Usually when the clutch slips it needs to be replaced. But you might save on the parts if you get it done sooner rather than later.

Only new parts as the work involved to fit the parts takes to long to fit secondhand. It would all have to be redone if the secondhand parts failed.

Sorry I'm not from your area to recommend a mechanic. Just ask for a price before they start the work and you should be fine.
