Ford KA Electric windows not working

I have had the car a few months and both front elec windows worked ok,but now they will operate down at normal speed but when i try to put them up they really do struggle, hope someone can help!

You can get a special lubricant for windows, but i've always used wd-40 with no problems.
Just squirt some in the runners where the window sits and watch them spring back into life

I'd use silicone spray for preference. Generally, oil and rubber are not good friends, though I don't know the composition of window seals.
