ford mondeo tdci air con refill point

could anybody tell me where i can locate the low pressure air con refill point on a ford mondeo tdci 03 reg there is a long pipe in engine bay that sticks up but looks to me as if this is the high pressure side/discharge point
can anybody help as everybody i ask either dont know or cant find any info!
