Go to France and find a "Bricodepot" and they have digital satellite reciever and dish etc for not much money and they can pickup any satellite and any language you desire. They also have analogue sets for even less money.
Have got 2 in our houses in France, gets all the free to air chanels on Astra2 etc. Will be no problem picking up "Hotbird" satellite.
