The hot water pressure from all taps is pitifully weak. The cold pressure at taps is fine. No leaks in evidence. What is the likely cause of the problem? Can descalers safely be used if that's the cause? All the pipework is plastic. I don't know the age of the tank - guessing about late 1980s vintage.
