Hi every one i am currently digging my foundations for my two storey extension, i have dug down 1 meter and gone 600 wide.
My problem is that the bottom of the foundation is wet sand so i have dug another small hole another 300 down and it seems that i am on the water table, will my bco make me build a raft footing or is there another way around this?
