Frame fixing dot dab

Hi,

I am using D&D to fit MR plasterboard to brick wall

I am tiling full wall so need frame fixings to fit plasterboard into the dabs.

Is it just a case of drilling through plasterboard into the dab (once dry) and hammering it in?
Will it be countersunk?
