Hi any idea what this Frame sealant is .it looks and feels gritty and is a beige sort of colour still a bit soft to touch if pressed .the windows are timber framed double glazed .there on a old stone barn conversion .windows fitted about 10 years ago but need to replace sealant like for like .not a clue what it's called or who stocks it

Its very likely to be a linseed oil and sand based mastic, search for masons mortar, trowel mastic and burnt sand mastic
