Franke Taps

The swival delivery pipe is leaking at the spigot/socket junction on Franke Danube mixer tap. There is not a grub screw in the body and I'm lost as to how to get at the O rings on spogot.
It's about 20years old, is the best operating tap I've ever used.
Any ideas, please.

If it is maybe slacken the fixing bush, if not maybe turn the spout 90 degrees and it may lift out.
