Hello, around 3 years ago i brought a Mimosa plant from a local nursery. It was a single stem around 12" tall and was in the sale section. It was in a terrible state and i paid 10 pence for it and thought lets see whats happened. It is now very healthy and about 10' tall. Here is the strange thing. It has 3 main stems one of which is dead but the other 2 have 2 completely different leaves and flowers. It is almost as if it is 2 different plants until you follow the stems down and see it is in fact the same plant. Ideas anyone?
