Had a chap from this company round a while ago, saying we can get solar panels for our house, free. Kinda thought aye right, whatever. Just looking into it now.
Trying to understand what is in it for them. Can't seem to find any specific figures. But leaflet says, you get free electricity from panels during daylight hours and any electricity not used is exported to local grid, which I presume is where they get money from. But what I dont get is how there can be any electricity left to put on grid if you get to use it. All seems a bit weird.
Anyone know anything about this? Company is called Saliis. http://www.saliis.com/saliis-funded-solar/
