I use 000webhost, not had any problems yet, I have 3 sites with them, and have had for around 2 1/2-3 yrs, they support most things on the free package.

I don't like free hosting, you either have to put up with outages or ads.

$4 per month will get you hosting in the US with cpanel, support, etc

that said the link does look pretty good.
