Does anyone know how these attach to the tap and then how the tap attches to the flexis?

I'm wondering if I could turn a standard bath/shower mixer into a freestanding tap.

I've got a tap and a pair of 160mm tall, 3/4 threaded legs but need to raise them about 400mm to hang over the bath.

Thanks.

You purchased a puzzle.

That kit is for hiding the flexi supply pipes when the tap is fitted on the rim of the bath or a platform. this instruction (although a premium item, well worth buying a named product) shows how it can be installed, under rim or platform...https://images.victorianplumbing.co.uk/images/pdf/SHR-C.PDF

Dont know what tap you have but you could make it fit but it may look like a bodge up.

So you need a freestanding tap or bath shower mixer and stand pipe pack, they are higher and angled 90 degree so the spout is over the bath.

Good luck,

Here we are. This is the tap:

And these are the legs I found which do match and are long enough so we won't see the bottom joint once behind the bath:

If only they were 400mm longer!! I did wonder if I could put a 3/4 x 1 1/2 bush onto the legs and get some female threaded 1 1/2 chrome tube to go over my flexis.
