does the gasket look in good nick !!! has the door dropped!!! try pushing the door firmly for a few seconds
if theres air in getting in there will be a trail of frost at that point inside where the air enters it will almost look like its been snowing
i know all this because thats what my 10 year old freezer is like so i just push the door firmly till the suction holds the door then its ok
where air does get in the metal heats up quite drasticly [warm to the touch]
