French Dimmer and switch for room lights 2006

I own an apartment Aix En Provence ,I bought it in 2006. I'm trying to match up a dimmer light switch and switch combined that have failed.
I have uploaded the switches image to an album.
Could anyone help me with what manufacturer made them, and where i can buy new ones.
