I do some work for a Sherifs Officers (Bailiffs), I normally dont have a problem with the locks but yesterday I drilled out the euro cylinder and the lock still would not open so I gained entry via the garage, once inside I took off the handles & snapped the cylinders and the doors stilll would not open its as if they are still locked, can anyone help please.

is work for joiners really that slow in Stirling?

Do you mean that you just snapped the cylinder and wondered why the handle would not operate the multi point mechanism?
Have you done any of this before?

I have on numerous occassions cos if there is no cylinder there is no lock.
