Freshening white gloss on interior doors and banister

HI,

A few years ago i glossed my interior doors and bannister with Johnstones Trade Eggshell, it is now looking like it needs a refresh. I was thinking of going over it with the same paint as before, however i'm not sure what prep work is required. Do i need to lightly sand it back to provide a key or can i just apply a new coat of paint after wiping down with sugar soap?

Always do a light sand, to ensure the new paint adheres.

It really doesn't take long, if you do it quickly.
