A very common problem with frost-free freezers is that the air ducts at the back become choked with ice, and the chilled air can no longer circulate.
To clear it, unplug the freezer and leave the doors open for at least 24 hours, until no more water drips inside the cabinet, or into the collection dish at the back, on top of the compressor. Preferably pull it away from the wall so you can mop out this dish and remove the mould and fungus. Do not be tempted to plug it in again until it has completely stopped dripping, and you have dried up all the water.
