fridgedaire not drying

My frigidaire dw is not drying the top shelf. The unit feels hot inside after drying and bottom shelf dishes are dry (until the water from the top shelf drips down.) It is not just from dishes that can hold water in crevices. all the dishes on top shelf are wet. Any help?
