It looks like they are foam seals (I might be wrong), currently the one I got is proper rubber seal. Any more suggestions please?

They're are a few sites around like this http://www.ironmongerydirect.co.uk/products/seals_for_doors_and_windows but I fear your going to have a lot of searching to find exactly what you want.
Have you considered a secondary seal for the time being, just to keep the draft out until you find what your looking for?

1 year later and still looking, my Mrs would of gone balistic by now!
