Hi I have a composite door with bar handle on front and twist on inside. There is a hook that you press a pointed bit and the hook flips out so you can’t lock yourself out if you nip outside for something( not sure what these are called). Problem being when I open the door with thumb turn all good but when I come to shut it, it’s like the hook has dropped a little and have to slam or twist the thumb and push, is there any adjustments I could make to this please
