hi guys ,04 alhambra window not going up or down has power and can hear motor trying to go any ideas cheers

yeah the regulator has stripped,inside the motor you will find a wire that coils round a plastic 2 way spool,you can mend this yourself if you have the tools/time,
i had to do this to mine,a mk2 galaxy.
