Fuel tank vents / boiler flue proximity

I have a house next to a garage, (petrol station).
The vents from the underground fuel tanks come up the outside wall of the house.
I need to install a combi boiler on this wall, what I need to know is, is there any regulation controlling the distance from a boiler flue to the vent pipe outlets?

why not ask the owners of the petrol station, i.e shell, esso,q8, by asking them, if any thing is not right they will tell you, it is after all them who will complain, not us
