Fullex window lock stuck with the rod/pin

Remove the glass, push the bottom out so that it clears the outer frame, keeping it there use a stiff flat scraper in the top and lever the casement down to release the top shootbolt which you say is still engaged, this is assuming you only have shootbolts top and bottom and nothing in the middle like mushroom cams or deadbolts
