My neighbour has the following fan in her windowless bathroom, (currently not connected, because of water collecting in the duct behind fan)
Xpelair 2001, 220-240V, 15W Max, Product no. 9084 1AW, Serial no. 80 001286, Model no. 90841AW. The outer casing measures approx. 6 inches square.
Should this be powerful enough to extract the moist air along a vertical duct approx. 14 ft long to the roof. (first floor flat with one other flat above, and a pitched roof). The bathroom is approximately 405 cubic feet and has a bath and separate shower unit. The fan outlet is at the top of the room, next to the shower unit.
