Fused spur in cloakroom.

I want an electric towel rail in the cloakroom (toilet & wash basin), is it permissible?.
When I had a electric towel rail installed in the en suit , the electrician said a fused spur wasn't allowed.
Is there a difference within the regulations for the 2 rooms?

Sorry to hi-jack this thread but i recently heard a similar conversation regarding a towel rail where the rail was within zone2 (and suitably rated) but the FCU outside it (inside the bathroom, although outside any zones) which went on for a while!

hi john, sorry i didn't finish that statement off properly! I should have added that it was only person (not me!) in the room at the time who couldn't get his head around it!
