We have just fitted taps and as it was very awkward i had to call plumber to fix them with correct tools.
However, now afterwards the shower has gone completely cold.
It says within manual that the the Thermal cut off switch has activated (Non replacable part) and a whole new motor is needed.
Is this true or a sneaky scam ? can it be reset somehow ?
Do i need new one, anyone have same problem before ?
