gainsborough 3000x electric shower

I have just fitted a Gainsborough 3000x shower but can not get water to bleed into the heater jacket. every time i switch on the low presure switch is triggered and tripx electrics. without electrics solenoid will not operate to let water through. Can anyone please help?????

I suspect that the shower circuit is not capable of powering the shower (the Gainsborough 3000X is 10.8KW isnt it?)
So please state:
What is the value of the fuse/ contact breaker that trips?
What is the size of cable that is feeding the shower?
Are you replacing an existing shower or fitting a completely new one?
