Gainsborough Showers HELP!

Hi all, have a gainsborough 9.5sc shower for 3 years ono problems with it until now. When i turn the shower on the red light goes out on the pull cord so no hot water, tun shower off red light comes back on! Is the shower just knackered or can it be repaired?

It's probably a loose connection somewhere, or a faulty pull cord switch

If the wires are burnt, cut them back to clean copper. If the switch is burnt, replace the switch.

Hi just checked, no burnt wires and the switch isnt burnt out either any other suggestions?
