Galaxy 18 horn volume issue

Hi,

I have an Ademco Galaxy 18 alarm V4.37 with ADT firmware.
I have adjusted on the PCB the horn volume to a low level, however when a full or part set is selected, when the system sets the horn emits two very loud tones at full volume to indicate that the system has set. Is it possible to have this at the same volume that I have selected and not max volume?

Don’t think so I had a galaxy 2-20 if I remember the keypad would sound but then the last two beeps would also come from the internal speaker

This is from the Galaxy Dimension manual. No idea if the option is available on the Flex.
