Can anyone help me? I am not a security alarm engineer. I am, however, a Fire alarm engineer, so not a stranger to systems. I installed a Galaxy 12 zone panel in my bungalow 7 years ago. As I work for Chubb, I purchased from them a triangular, Chubb bell box. It has been ok for the 7 years since install. Now, it is sounding intermittently for a few seconds, but nothing displays as a problem on the key pad LCD screen. I checked the log and it displays multiple system tests. My wife works nights and heard it sounding at 03:00. The log has a report of a system test at the same time (aprox). As it has never done this before, I am unsure what to do other than disable the "system test", if possible.
