Galaxy fire alarm reset

Hi,

my galaxy panel has several wireless fire detectors. one of these recently went off, and I'm unable to clear the alarm message from the panel, even with the manager account. There are no errors other than the alarm message displaying every time I go to set or unset the panel.

Am I overlooking something obvious?

Shouldn't be anything special. Which panel, firmware and sensors?
