Hi Everyone
I have a question I hope someone maybe able to help me with?
Recently every time I turned my phone on it kept asking me to
update it, which I ignored for a few days but it was persistent
I think it was called Nugart I think.
It has changed a lot of things and I don't see it as an improvement!
is it possible to go back to how it was before ?

Nougat. It's an android operating system update. You cannot (easily) go back.

I believe there is a way to do it, but it's not for the faint hearted. You have to root the phone, and then install a previous version, which you're supposed to be able to find on the net somewhere. The newer versions do sometimes take a bit of getting used to, but it's normally worth it when you do.

I had only had this phone 8 months and was happy
with the way it worked, I didn't realize how much it
would change the phone. I will be very wary next time.
