Next door to us had some roofers round recently, and after the job was finished we noticed that they've left a significant gap at the top of the bonding gutter (or the bonding gutter has possibly slipped down). I know there is supposed to be a slight gap at the top of the BG but this seems quite large, should we be concerned, or is this normal?

Looks like a bit of lead which has slipped down.
What does the other side look like?

The BG will have been deliberately kept short so that it did not foul the ridge tiles and made good using a lead saddle.

Looks like they have shaped a bit of lead over the bonding gutter and pushed it under the ridge.

Thanks all for the replies. Do you think it's something we need to try and get looked at?
