Hi,
I have a narrow crack that I've raked out between the stair stringer and wall.
I know that simply caulking the gap wont work because of any ongoing movement and will reappear. Another solution I'm told is foaming the gap, only problem is that the gap is so small I wont get much foam in. Thirdly, the beading solution to be put above the stringer to hide the gap which I don't like the sound of.
Another solution I have read about is the use of Puraflex 40 to seal the gap. Has anyone used this stuff for this problem, and if so, is it any good and does it work??
Any other appropriate products that come in a tube??
thanks in advance as usual.....
