New roof installed and when I am up in the roof space there are some gaps where the tiles meet the barge board at the gable of the house. Basically there is no cement that fils the gaps above the barge board and the underside of the tiles. This creates a pretty cold and draughty space up there and I am also concerned that birds, bees etc will be able to easily nest etc... I assume this is not exactly good practice and should be rectified by the builder.
