 Looking to get a Detached Garage built.

Probably be built with block, apex roof, roller type door, bricks to front off garage matching house.

What sort of cost would I be looking at?? Would it be cheaper to get seperate tradesmen in e.g, whoever lays founds?,bricklayer, roofer, plasterer, electrician etc etc

or one contractor for the lot,

No time limit (no rush)

Measurements I am looking at,
Width 12ft maximum
Length 35ft (full length of back Garden) or 20ft .

Thanx Guys

Depends on your knowledge/time, yes it is cheaper to project manage it yourself and hire in the tradesmen, but you will spend alot of time chasing them, checking their work etc.
With one contractor you only deal with one person and they are responsible for getting all the sub contractors in order and checking their work.
