Hi All,
I have a car parking space which now has been granted planning permission for a garage.
The base plot is in a communal carparking area away from my house.
The concrete base is uneven with a fall of 6 inches. I do not want to break up the existing base as that will be a lot of work and money.
<question>
Can I level off the base with new concrete over the old concrete? If so how much is required at the highest point?
I can live with a small ramp to drive up on to the base when it is level.
The garage will be a timber construction (single car type).
Any advice would be apreciated.
Cheers
Kirk
