I have recently been granted planning permission to build a double garage and would welcome any input on what kind of quotes i should be expecting.
Firstly i have read the rules regarding quotes, but im just looking for a ball park figure from the more experienced, so im not totally blind.
Standard Double Garage.
1. 6m x 5 m (6.6 x 5.6m externally)
2. 17.5 Degree Roof Pitch with interlocking slate tiles
3. 600 x 225mm Foundations
4. 2 windows to rear, 1 to side, PVCU Double glazed with PVCU Door.
5. 3 x Multiple Switiched socket outlet
6. 2 x 2 way switches.
7. Finished (as the house) in pebble dash with corner stones.
As i said i understand i cant be given an exact ammount of expected costs, but a ball pak figure to help would be greatly appreciated.
