Hoping you can help me please. I’ve recently had planning permission for my coach house to have the garage converted permitted by the council. I’m totally confused … my friend is doing it (he’s not registered as anything but experienced) but… I think I’ve interpreted things correctly…do I need to engage with building control at the council now to get them to inspect the conversion before and during the conversion. Probably a daft question but all the guidance is very overwhelming so any help appreciated.
I’m one of these annoying people who likes to understand things … and be informed/knowledgable.
