Garage conversion

Hi,

I am looking to convert part of my single skin uninsulated garage into a workspace.

I intend to install the following:

1.0 Single masonry skin (existing)
2.0 Retain 50mm clear cavity
3.0 Breather membrane
4.0 100 x 50mm CLS filled with 100mm mineral batts
5.0 Vapour control layer
6.0 20 x 50mm battens
7.0 1 layer plasterboard

Does anyone foresee any issues with this build up? (i already have air bricks installed).
